Every architectural and structural drawing produced by NextGen is fully certified by licensed Nepal Engineering Council (NEC) engineers to comply with NBC 105:2020 seismic standards, municipal bylaws, FAR regulations, and safety mandates for municipal building permits across all municipalities in Nepal.
The timeline depends on the scale and scope of the project. For residential architecture, structural engineering, and municipal permit drawings, the design phase typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. For interior design and turnkey fit-outs, concept design and 3D visualization take 2 to 4 weeks, followed by 6 to 12 weeks for on-site execution, bespoke carpentry, and turnkey handover.
